The easiest way to get here:

If you arrive in Venice by car, park in Piazzale Roma at the “Garage Comunale”, go across the street and go to ACTV Line 82 boat stop towards Rialto. Get off at the Rialto stop and walk to Campo San Bartolomeo, toward Sottoportego della Bissa, San Lio, Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Calle Lunga Santa Maria Formosa, 4th street on the left in Calle Cicogna (also called Trevisana). There you’ll find me at the house door number 6223. Walking distance from Rialto is approximately 10 minutes.

Good advice in case you stay longer in Venice is to park your car in Mestre in front of the rail station at “Parking Stazione” and reach Venice by train to the Venezia Santa Lucia end station. From there you get on the ACTV Line 82 toward Rialto and follow same walking directions as above.

Another option is to leave your car the supervised parking in Punta Sabbioni. You can reach it by exiting the ring road toward Jesolo until you arrive in Punta Sabbioni. The boat line LN leaves every half hour to Venice to the Venedig Pietà stop (close to St. Mark’s Square). From there you walk toward San Zaccaria, San Provolo, Ruga Giuffa, Santa Maria Formosa, Calle Lunga Santa Maria Formosa, 4th street on the left in Calle Cicogna or Trevisana. There you’ll find me at the house door number 6223. Walking distance from Pietà is also 10 minutes.

If you arrive in Venice by plane, get on the boat line ALILAGUNA toward Fondamente Nove. Walk along the Fondamente on the left, at the 3rd bridge turn right on the Fondamenta dei Mendicanti and walk to Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo. At the square by Cafè Rosa Salva you take Calle Bressana. You pass the Minich bridge and from there starts Calle Cicogna (also called Trevisana). You find me at the house door number 6223. Walking distance from Fondamente Nove is also 10 minutes.

Advice: Instead of buying one-way ACTV tickets, it is cheaper to buy a 12-hour or 72-hour ticket. These tickets are valid on all boat lines (except ALILAGUNA), bus lines in Lido, and the boat-bus trip to Chioggia.
